How is this different from Cursor?

A similar experience — agent, Tab completion, background tasks, code search — but without monthly request limits, and you can pay by a Russian bank card, YooMoney or SberPay (or with crypto in our Telegram bot) instead of a foreign card. Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, GLM and Grok work on one TKBK key, and the code of the editor and the agent is open.

Windows says “Unknown publisher”. Is it safe?

The installer is not signed with a certificate yet, so SmartScreen shows a warning. Click “More info”, then “Run anyway”. The sources and the build are open on GitHub, and the files are downloaded from there.

Is there a version for macOS and Linux?

TKBK IDE builds are Windows-only for now. On macOS and Linux, install the TKBK Agent extension in regular VS Code — the agent, subagents, background tasks, search and Tab completion are the same there.

Can I install the agent in my own VS Code?

Yes: download the .vsix file and choose “Extensions → ⋯ → Install from VSIX” in VS Code. It also works in Cursor and VSCodium.

How many computers can I use Pro on?

A plan is tied to your TKBK key and can be used on up to 3 computers at the same time. The license is checked once a day; without an internet connection Pro keeps working for 7 days.

Do cloud agents work yet?

Background tasks on your own computer work today. Cloud runs — where the task executes on our server and does not occupy your PC — will open for Pro soon; the plan’s hours start counting from the launch.

New versions appear on the GitHub releases page. Download the installer and run it over your current install: your settings and key are kept.

Download

The installer for Windows 10/11 (64-bit). It installs without administrator rights, in a couple of minutes.

Get a key

A TKBK API key (cr_…): buy one on the site from about $0.08, or take the one from your dashboard if you already have it.

Paste the key

On first launch TKBK Agent opens on the right. Paste your key in the settings of the TKBK provider.

Start working

Describe a task in the agent chat. Tab suggestions are on from the start; the Pro plan unlocks with the “Buy Pro” button.
